Subject: February Monthly USMAI Update – Extended Correction Outlook and Risk Management Focus

Dear SPR Premium Subscribers,

Following the January Monthly Report previously shared, we are providing the February Monthly USMAI update to ensure continuity in the broader macro trend context.

As of February, the Monthly USMAI trend is now showing a clearly established corrective phase. As previously communicated, the market formed a major peak around December 2025 to January 2026, and the monthly trend has since fully transitioned to the downside. From a long-term structural perspective, selling pressure is now dominating buying strength, indicating sustained downside pressure within the broader cycle.

Importantly, the expected duration of this corrective phase has been revised. Compared to our prior outlook, the correction is now projected to extend approximately two additional months, likely continuing through June to July. Based on the evolving structure, there is also a meaningful probability that the monthly trend may enter the Bearish zone. If confirmed, this would signify a shift from a corrective phase into a formal long-term downtrend.

In addition, the current monthly risk level is positioned at Level 4 within the Bullish zone framework, which signals that downside risk remains significantly elevated. At this stage, there are no confirmed signals indicating a transition back to an upward trend on the monthly timeframe. Therefore, disciplined and proactive risk management should remain the primary focus.

Looking ahead, the next potential long-term inflection point—where the probability of a transition back toward an upward structure meaningfully increases—is projected around July to August. From a long-term investment perspective, this period may present a more efficient strategic window for considering long-position strategies, depending on how trend strength develops at that time.

Given the expectation of a sustained corrective environment over the coming months, the weekly trend is also likely to operate predominantly within the Bearish zone. Even if temporary entries into the Bullish zone occur, they are expected to be short-lived within the broader corrective structure. We strongly recommend factoring this context into all market positioning decisions.

Please note that monthly analysis reflects fully closed monthly data rather than reacting to daily news events or short-term volatility. Any revisions to the broader outlook will therefore be communicated through updated monthly reports as new confirmed data becomes available.

If you have any questions regarding the analysis or its strategic implications, please feel free to reach out at any time. We are committed to helping you navigate this environment with clarity and discipline.

Thank you for your continued trust.

Best regards,
SPRㅣ Stock Pretiming Report team.
