Subject: Market Update: Short-Term Uptrend Confirmed Within Broader Correction

Dear SPR Premium Subscribers,

As outlined in our previous update, market conditions through Wednesday and Thursday have shown choppy and uneven price action. In particular, Thursday’s session opened with a strong upside move, but reversed intraday, expanding into a large bearish candle before ultimately closing with a lower shadow green candle—highlighting elevated intraday volatility.

Despite this volatility, we have observed a gradual stabilization and strengthening of buying pressure as we moved into the latter part of the week, consistent with our prior expectations.

As of Thursday’s close, U.S. equities have now confirmed a transition into an uptrend. Notably, this shift appears to have occurred approximately one day earlier than initially anticipated.

Given this development, the current uptrend is expected to remain valid through Monday, May 4. However, beginning Tuesday, May 5, we anticipate a transition back into a corrective phase.

It is important to emphasize that this uptrend does not represent the beginning of a sustained, long-term bullish cycle. Rather, it appears to be a short-term rally occurring within a broader corrective structure. As such, we expect this upward movement to be relatively brief, followed by a reversion to the prevailing correction trend early next week.

In light of these conditions, a short-term, tactical approach to market participation is likely to be the most effective strategy.

If you have any questions regarding this analysis, please feel free to reach out at any time.

Thank you.
