Subject: USMAI Weekly Outlook: Strong Rally Approaching Overheated Conditions

Dear SPR Premium Subscribers,

The USMAI weekly trend has continued to show exceptional strength. What initially began as the anticipated rebound trend during April ultimately exceeded expectations, with the market successfully entering the Bullish Zone by the end of April. Since then, the market has maintained its upward momentum into early May while continuing to trade firmly within bullish territory.

The current rally has now moved well beyond the originally projected range and is beginning to show signs of overheating due to the magnitude and speed of the advance.

Several key factors appear to be driving this strong bullish sentiment. First, the military conflict between the United States and Iran has largely subsided and shifted into a negotiation phase focused on ceasefire and potential resolution, which has provided substantial relief to the market. In addition, as earnings season progresses, stronger-than-expected corporate earnings results, combined with increasing optimism surrounding AI-related investment and growth expectations, have further strengthened investor sentiment.

At this stage, however, weekly trend conditions are approaching a point where the current overheating phase is likely to gradually cool down.

We currently expect a transition into a corrective trend within the next one to two weeks. Following that shift, a moderate correction phase is likely to continue through early to mid-June.

Given these conditions, we believe it may be more effective to wait for the next strategic entry opportunity rather than aggressively adding new positions during the current extended rally. The market appears to be approaching a period where profit-taking on strength and preparing for future low-price accumulation opportunities may become increasingly important.
