Subject: Market Update: Extreme Volatility Continues as Market Direction Remains Unstable

Dear SPR Premium Subscribers,

Following last week’s sharp transition into a weekly corrective trend, our outlook suggested that an additional one to two weeks of unstable downside volatility would likely continue. This week, however, market conditions have become even more volatile than expected.

The market initially experienced a sharp decline driven by elevated inflation data and renewed headlines surrounding military conflict between the United States and Iran. However, sentiment reversed dramatically yesterday as reports emerged suggesting that tensions between the two countries were once again easing. As a result, buying and selling flows have become highly unstable, with extreme swings occurring rapidly in both directions.

At present, the market’s reaction to news-driven developments indicates that confidence in overall directional flow remains very weak. Daily trading activity is increasingly characterized by excessive concentration of buying and selling pressure, resulting in abrupt and often irrational short-term movements.

As discussed in our previous weekly outlook, we expect this unstable environment to continue into next week. Thereafter, the current pattern of extreme directional imbalance is likely to gradually stabilize, allowing buying and selling flows to regain a more reliable structure.

More importantly, we continue to believe that a stable downside support structure and a more trustworthy upward trend direction are likely to emerge gradually as the market approaches the latter part of June.

For this reason, excessively aggressive reactions to the current volatility could potentially lead to significant losses. We strongly encourage investors to remain cautious under current market conditions.

Even within our daily forecasting framework, the recent extreme shifts in buying and selling flows have weakened the reliability of short-term predictive signals. Given this environment, we believe a conservative and disciplined approach remains appropriate.

Rather than overreacting to short-term fluctuations, it may be more effective to focus on preparing strategic positioning for the more stable upward trend environment that we currently expect to develop toward the end of June.

Thank you.
