Subject: Market Update: Geopolitical Relief Delays Corrective Trend Timing

Over the weekend, reports suggesting that the United States and Iran are nearing the signing of an MOU related to a ceasefire agreement triggered a sharp decline in oil prices and a rise in U.S. futures. As geopolitical risk concerns eased rapidly, the market responded with strong bullish momentum throughout Tuesday’s session, with gains extending into the close.
Once again, external geopolitical developments have had a significant impact on market buying and selling flows.
As mentioned in our previous updates, last Friday and this Tuesday represented critical inflection points where the probability of a transition into a corrective trend was particularly high. However, due to the change in market flow caused by yesterday’s developments, the expected timing for the corrective trend transition now appears likely to be delayed by approximately two trading days.
At the same time, if volatility continues to expand due to additional external variables, the possibility of a rapid market reversal cannot be ruled out.
Under current conditions, it may be prudent to closely observe the stability and reliability of buying and selling flows before placing strong conviction on any single directional trend. Until greater consistency in market behavior is confirmed, we believe a conservative and short-term tactical approach remains the most effective strategy.
