Subject: Market Update: Geopolitical Uncertainty Eases as Market Enters New Stabilization Phase
Dear SPR Premium Subscribers,
Over the past several weeks, repeated uncertainty surrounding the potential ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran has continued to create significant market volatility, as negotiations repeatedly appeared close to completion without reaching a finalized outcome.
However, a meaningful turning point occurred as both sides officially announced that a credible and trustworthy agreement had finally been reached. In response, the U.S. stock market experienced a dramatic surge from the opening of yesterday’s session.
As a result, buying and selling flows once again shifted aggressively toward the upside, creating another episode of extreme directional concentration in market sentiment.
While this development is clearly a positive signal for the broader market, the intensity of the current buying concentration also raises concerns regarding short-term stability. Excessive directional crowding often increases the likelihood of renewed volatility during the subsequent stabilization process. For this reason, although the broader outlook has improved meaningfully, short-term market reliability remains somewhat unstable and subject to potential fluctuations.
That said, one point is becoming increasingly clear: a major source of external uncertainty that had negatively impacted the market for an extended period of time has now been substantially reduced. From a broader perspective, this represents a meaningful positive development for overall market conditions.
As a result, even if short-term daily price action continues to experience intermittent volatility and uneven fluctuations, we currently believe such weakness is likely to remain temporary and relatively limited in scope.
More importantly, we expect buying and selling flows to gradually stabilize beginning next week, allowing a more reliable and sustainable upward trend structure to emerge progressively over time.
This outlook remains consistent with the broader weekly trend direction we discussed previously. In this context, we believe the short-term stabilization phase and accompanying fluctuations may provide investors with constructive opportunities rather than reasons for excessive concern.
