Subject: Market Update: Key Decision Point Approaching as Market Direction Remains Uncertain
Dear SPR Premium Subscribers,
Over the past two weeks, market sentiment has been significantly influenced by reports indicating that the United States and Iran are nearing the signing of a ceasefire-related Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). As a result, U.S. equities maintained strong upward momentum throughout the week and ultimately closed with broad gains.
Prior to these developments, our analysis suggested that the probability of a transition into a corrective trend would become elevated beginning last Friday and extending into this Tuesday. However, the emergence of this geopolitical catalyst altered market buying and selling dynamics, allowing strong buying pressure to persist and delaying the anticipated corrective transition.
As a consequence, the timing of the daily trend shift was pushed back, and the effects of this change have now begun to influence the broader weekly trend structure as well.
That said, based on the market's condition as of this week's close, our analysis indicates that the broader weekly trend has now entered a corrective phase despite the market finishing the week with gains. The nature of this correction, however, has evolved considerably from our previous expectations.
Rather than a traditional corrective pattern characterized by sustained weakness, the market is currently displaying a correction structure marked by limited downside pressure and intermittent periods of strong upward momentum. This change significantly increases the possibility that the market could attempt to re-enter an uptrend as early as next week.
The key question now is whether the revised buying and selling dynamics that emerged in response to recent geopolitical developments will remain intact throughout next week. This will be one of the most important factors determining the market's near-term direction.
If positive geopolitical developments continue and investor sentiment remains supportive, the current flow of capital could stabilize further, opening the door for additional upside potential. At this stage, however, this remains a possibility rather than a confirmed outcome.
Based on next week's price action, we expect one of two primary scenarios to become increasingly clear:
Scenario 1: The market follows our original outlook and transitions into a gradual and controlled corrective phase.
Scenario 2: Strong buying momentum temporarily reasserts itself, leading to a renewed uptrend beginning around the second week of June. Under this scenario, the market could experience an additional two to three weeks of strong gains before eventually returning to a more moderate corrective trend.
We believe next week will serve as a critical inflection point in determining which of these scenarios ultimately unfolds.
For this reason, we encourage subscribers to monitor market developments closely and continue referencing the Pretiming Report as conditions evolve. Should visibility regarding the market's directional path improve during the week, we will provide an updated analysis immediately.

Thank you.
