Subject: Market Update: Ceasefire Announcement and Surge in Volatility

Dear SPR Premium Subscribers,

The April 7 deadline set by President Trump regarding potential strikes on Iran resulted in significant market volatility. Notably, near the market close and into the after-hours session, a two-week ceasefire agreement was unexpectedly reached, leading to a sharp surge in U.S. futures.

As a result, we are currently observing a rapid shift in buying and selling dynamics, which may lead to adjustments in our forward outlook.

However, it is important to emphasize that the reliability of today’s shift in market dynamics remains low, and conditions may reverse at any time. Therefore, we strongly recommend approaching the market with caution.

Entering positions after such a sharp upward move may significantly increase risk. Instead, it would be more prudent to wait until the evolving supply-demand dynamics stabilize and establish greater reliability before making strategic decisions.

At present, U.S. futures are up approximately 3%, and given this magnitude of the move, further upside may be limited in the short term. There is a high probability that the market may enter a phase of range-bound fluctuations at current levels, rather than continuing a sustained upward move.

Additionally, while the two-week ceasefire provides temporary relief, it also introduces new layers of uncertainty. Any unexpected developments during this period could increase downside risk, reinforcing the need for a cautious approach.

On a positive note, from a weekly trend perspective, the market has now confirmed a transition into a rebound trend based on daily price action.

If you have any questions regarding this analysis, please feel free to reach out at any time.

Thank you.
