Subject: Strategic Positioning Update – Preparing for Early March Upside Opportunity
Dear SPR Premium Subscribers,
I hope this message finds you well.
At the beginning of this week, the U.S. equity market has shown clear signs of transitioning into a short-term rebound trend on the daily timeframe. The stocks you are subscribed to have also broadly responded to the index’s positive momentum, with many shifting into rebound or renewed uptrend structures. As a result, near-term upside momentum remains constructive.
At this stage, we expect the U.S. market to maintain a gradual rebound trend into early next week. Depending on the strength and sustainability of buying pressure, the probability of entering the Bullish zone continues to increase. Importantly, there are no changes to our prior outlook at this time.
However, despite no formal change in our forecast, I am reaching out today because we are approaching a strategically important period that warrants a proactive review of positioning.
Following the expected conclusion of the current rebound phase—likely around early next week—we anticipate that from early to late next week the market may begin to show signs of slowing upside momentum. During this period, a corrective trend characterized by either consolidation with mild pullbacks or a limited downside fluctuation may develop.
We view this phase not as a structural weakness, but as a “pause” ahead of a potential weekly uptrend transition projected for early March. In other words, this upcoming period may serve as a critical positioning window—an opportunity to optimize allocations and enhance return potential in preparation for the expected early-to-mid March upside phase.
By the end of next week, once both the daily and weekly trend structures are confirmed, we will be able to finalize whether any adjustment to our early March outlook is necessary. Until then, the base scenario remains intact.
We currently anticipate that mid-to-late next week could provide a favorable window to adjust positions strategically—potentially offering attractive entry opportunities in high-quality names at improved risk-reward levels.
As always, if you have any questions regarding the analysis or would like to discuss portfolio positioning in more detail, please feel free to reach out.
Thank you for your continued trust.
