Subject: Weekly Market Outlook Update – Correction Phase and Rebound Timing

Dear SPR Premium Subscribers,

The U.S. equity market’s weekly trend has now clearly transitioned into a well-defined correction phase. Although we observed an upward move early in the week, it proved to be temporary, with buying momentum gradually weakening as the week progressed.

In particular, during the mid-to-late part of the week—especially on Thursday—intraday selling pressure became notably strong and persistent. Buying strength was unable to sustain the market, resulting in a decisive shift toward stronger downside momentum. As the week concluded under this pressure, the index reached the previously projected lower boundary of the current correction zone, near the 6,700 level. At this area, we anticipate the possibility of temporary downside support.

This pattern has also been confirmed in the daily trend structure. Based on current conditions, we expect a short-term rebound to begin early next week. On a weekly basis, the probability is high that downside pressure will stabilize, followed by a phase of upward fluctuation, gradually attempting to transition into a rebound trend.

However, a full transition into a confirmed rebound or sustained uptrend will likely require additional time. As previously projected, late February to early March remains the key window in which a clearer shift toward a solid rebound or renewed uptrend is expected to materialize.

Until then, the market is likely to remain within a corrective structure. It is also possible that the weekly trend formally enters a Bearish zone beginning next week. Even in that scenario, we anticipate that downside pressure will become progressively more limited rather than accelerating further.

From a tactical standpoint, the weekly structure suggests a moderate upward trajectory may unfold from early to mid-March. Therefore, positioning strategies implemented during mid-to-late February may offer opportunities to enhance expected returns in preparation for that phase.
